Cloud-Enabled Virtual IP Addressing

ZeroOutages' SD-WAN solutions incorporate full static IP addressing. Customers can select from a single IP address via a /30 subnet, or up to 256 IP addresses via a /24 subnet. These subnets can be used across all Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that the customer might have at a specific location.

These static IP addresses are called VIPs or virtual IP addresses as they can be used virtually across different service providers, something that appliance-based SD-WAN solutions can not provide. Further these static IPs can be assigned from any of our global network collocations. ZeroOutages can provide New York addresses for customers in Toyko for example.

ZeroOutages provides a highly redundant and reliable network infrastructure for our customers with SOC certified data centers and built-in network redundancy in the event of a node or data center or regional network failure.

With cloud-based IDS/IPS customers don't need to worry about out growing their onsite equipment, the cloud services can easily scale with the customer as they grow, no edge upgrades needed.

ZeroOutages custom IDS/IPS network protection allows customers to tailor the network threat detection to match their specific applications and to obtain detailed reports emailed to them on a weekly basis regarding any threats that might have been detected and/or hacking attempts.

Each ZeroOutages SD-WAN solution can also be paired with SASE firewall and content filtering protection as an optional upgrade. 24/7/365 Network Operations Support

ZeroOutages' SD-WAN solutions provide 24/7/365 network monitoring and customer service. Upon initial purchase, the ZeroOutages support team initially provisions the service and ships the onsite equipment, configures the equipment, and enables the customers public virtual IP address (or routed IPv4 subnets).

Our project management team will then reach out to schedule onsite installations and answer any questions about the turn-up process. ZeroOutages' support can also assist with making any changes to the customers configuration or the implementation of our SASE, network firewall and security services, if those have been added to the deployment.
